The application fee must be paid at the time of submission.
Examination Fee: $445.00
The examination fee is payable upon confirmation by the Board that all certification requirements have been met. Payment must be submitted via the provided electronic link. After payment is received, the applicant may schedule the certification exam at a convenient date and time at a professional testing center in their local area.
Fees are accepted by electronic payment through the applicant portal. No cash, checks, or money orders will be accepted as payment. Fees paid by the applicant are non-refundable.
*A combined receipt for application and examination fees can be requested.
Multi-Therapist Discount
Two or more therapists applying together are eligible for a $50 discount on the exam fee for each person. To qualify, both applicants must indicate on their applications that they are applying together and submit their applications within 48 hours of one another.
